Shipping policy

Every hoodie order ships free, worldwide. No minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Orders with Priority Processing are packed first, usually within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and peak seasons can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you get an email with a tracking link. If you have not received it within 3 business days, write to support@redline-store.com.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we reship it free of charge. Report it within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
